Yoga is about balancing the body, mind and soul...
Class etiquettes: Do come to class 15 minutes earlier as there is no late admittance. Once in class, maintain silence and listen carefully to the teacher’s instructions. Allow yourself at least five classes to become familiar with the sequences and see their benefits.
Dress Code: Be prepared to sweat. Wear light, non-restrictive clothing that's comfortable to stretch in. Please also bring a mat, bottled water & a towel

Diet Before Class: You should come to class on an empty stomach. You should not have food for approximately two hours before class. You can drink juice or eat fruits up to one hour before class. It is important to come hydrated so make sure to drink water before, during, and after class.

For Body Postures: You don't have to be flexible to start yoga. The dynamic flow of postures allows tight muscles to stretch with greater ease. In fact, the more inflexible you are, the more of a reason it is for you to practice yoga.

Weight Loss Benefits: Regular practice enhances students' bodies becoming significantly trim and toned. Yoga improves the systems of the body and increases healthiness and vitality. Of course, a balanced diet plays an important role in weight loss.
